the point of alcohol is to dry zits up and clean the dirt off your face. if you dont use alcohol more than likely your face is dirty.

the first step was the best out of all of them. your pretty much just putting alcohol all over your face.. literally. dring out your face is bad misterr.
Btw, pimples can be caused by oily hair making contact with your skin and you have long hair that covers your forhead so i think you may be getting stopts there because of oily hair, so wash it more often
The real acne cure is to drink many waters i drink 2Liters a day wash my face daily and i sleep 10 or 11pm water always refreshing it will prevent whiteheads.
im not hating or anything but this is really really bad for your skin. yes it dries up pimples fast but it also dries out the rest of your face and can cause some major inflamation and burning. i dont recomemd this. if you wanna dy out your pimples fast use an astringent and only aply it directly on the pimple with a q-tip

btw the eye drop i heard ur suppose to pour like 3 drops onto the cotton swab then put it in the freezer for like 5 mins take it out & put it on the places where there are huge zits..never tried it so idk if it helps or not lool..like i said taking a shower everyday & putting aloe cream all over ur face morning & night helps a lot..u can buy natural aloe cream at WHOLE FOODS STORE NAME IS CALLED ALOE VERA JUST ASK THE WORKER HE/SHE WILL SHOW U LOL

the alchol wont work if u do and r stupid enough to use it get lotion FAST!!! so ur face wont be dry and the body will produce more oils thats bad O_O i use noxema and and one thing that really!!!!!!!!! works is dermawash that really help but when ur finished washing ur face make sure to put lotion on ur face
