This is my skin care regime while on accutane. I have very sensitive skin and all of these products work well with my skin type. hope this helps
Purpose gentle face wash Cetaphil gentle face wash St. Ives Apricot Scrub Circle scrubbers Cetaphil face moisturizer with spf 15 Jojoba Oil Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunscreen Clinique Dramatically Different Gel Moisturizer Almay Clear Complexion Liquid Foundation Head and Shoulders Shampoo and Conditioner-pink bottle (girly, fruity scent)

I do use quite a bit, lol.
All of those products are great, i love em.
I’ve been using the saline drops religiously, it does feel good.
It definitely helps alot with the dryness.
Wow you use a lot of products!!! But I do use similar products that you use.. I use Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer, and the Neutrogena sunblock, and jojoba oil, and Head & Shoulders.
What’s pretty good for the nose is using saline nose drops.. You can buy it CVS or Walgreens.. It’s salty but feels good..
I’m on day 40 today, so about a month and a week.
That’s great you just finished, did it work wonders?
I hope so.
my derma said not to use it while on accutane, she didn’t give me a detailed reason why, but she did say it may be harsh because it isn’t gentle or natural.
How long have you been on accutane? I finish after I take my last pill today!
Good luck with the rest of your treatment.
PS: what did the derm say about st ives ?
your welcome, it doesn’t make my skin oily at all. It goes on like a moisturizer and it doesn’t feel like a thick sunblock. I recommend that sunscreen to anyone, the spf also goes up to 100, so that’s great as well.
hey, question for ya. The Neutrogena sunscreen you use…i know its oil free, but does it make ur skin oily? I have a friend thats looking for some and doesn’t like the results of whatever they’ve tried. Oh, and thanks for posting this vlog. its very helpful.
Great video! Mixing the jojoba oil with moisturizer is awesome…my skin always feels like butter after that! And by that I mean greasy, lol, but once it soaks in it’s wonderful! I use the St. Ives too like twice a week for exfoliation, I don’t know if it’s officially “ok,” but I’ve had no issues and I have REALLY sensitive skin. As long as you’re not using it everyday I think you’ll be fine.
your definitely not the only one, everyone get’s that rash from what I’ve heard. Nothing makes it go away for me either
your not alone
but at least it isn’t painful, so I’m happy about that.
I have an ugly rash on my hand too!! It’s good to know I’m not the only one. It never goes away no matter how much cream I put on
your welcome, I searched around as well and didn’t have much luck so i thought I would make my own.
I’ve been searching for a video like this for days. Awesome!!! Thanks so much.
