7 ways to take care of your skin. Taking care of your skin is best done from the inside out. I recently bought a ($100) skin care product & realised the ingredients were the same as butter. Not surprisingly, the salesman had nothing to say when I spoke to him.

Interesting vid, what do you think about breaking open a vit E capsule and rubbing the oil into your skin.

thanks for the feedback….tis true what you say about fructose so a little moderation here will not go astray. haven’t heard of the teeth issue but will look into it? sunscreen wise ? if you can’t eat it i won’t put it on my skin….i don’t mind direct exposure as long as you have incrementally increased consistent exposure? use emu oil, shea butter.coconut oil and a little zinc ( when i’m surfing )

Interesting video, everything he says makes sense and I would question the use of berries too much as they have excessive fructose.

As we know fructose is a sugar and it can ravage the teeth as it doesn’t wipe off the teeth when we use our tongues. Also, I don’t think he mentioned sunscreen.

I know it’s got anti-fungal, anti-bacterial qualities and is used in ayurvedic medicine with great success. It’s not an oil I’m overly familiar with. Keep enjoying the videos….new website coming soon, I’ll keep you posted.

Um…it’s a little complex, but yeah, I did grow up in the 70′s (though most would say I have not grown up at all). There is a psychological aspect to it also….hangin on to a world that doesn’t exist anymore…clint eastwood, bon scott, robert de nero, keith richards, and no metrosexuals. Men could be silent and brooding and emotionally stunted and no one seemed to care….sorry I’m rambling, but that’s about the extent of it

Thanks for the input there, but we are going to have to beg to differ here. Will have a new vid on sun exposure and vitamin D shortly. some surprising facts

  18. roxannpadilla says:

great info! but darling you forgot one very important thing. every one needs to use a sunblock every single day! men are especially prone to sun damage and skin cancer even so more than women! because of there chemical make up. just so you know.
