i hate living in the middle of all these toxic foods. but, im managing to keep healthy as far as i know
If you have never seen the documentary Earthlings, Food Inc. or A diet for a new America I would suggest you look watch them they do a good job of showing a slightly broader view of the subject.
rather than over consumption, destruction of our planet, killing of life. Your greatest asset as an American, Canadian, African, European, Asian as a human is your ability to work and ability to purchase. Every hour you work and every dollar you spend is a choice you choose who and what you support every time you spend. Never listen to media or especially advertisements do your research make your own choices. Choose LIFE, support the world and global community.
And the people that do those genetic deficiencies can in most cases be traced back to the diet and health choice of the parents and living conditions. The fact is most people are sick because of what they eat and what they put into their bodies. Not from any disease or genetic deficiency. Any one can be healthy, vital and strong, you just have to be proactive not inactive make the hard decision but the right one choose life and prosperity
After your body recovers from the shock of being literally poisoned for years. YOU WILL FEEL FANTASTIC. And as far as genetics go i have been involved in vegan bodybuilding for sometime now and have much experience with body fuctionability and genetics role to play in your health and fitness. I would like to see a study on how many people die every year from some genetic disease or vulnerability.
You really have no idea what you are talking about any person can adapt a vegetarian or a vegan diet and not only be perfectly healthy but thrive. There of course will be affects on ones body when vastly changing your diet that doesnt enclude things like monosodium glutamate, high concentration of corn starch, saturated fats and so many sugars and sugar substitutes. ie: aspartame (which is cancer causing)

The best way to improve the health of Americans, is for Congress to pass laws requiring all foods manufactured, to contain only health improving ingredients. Every food sold must be health promoting.

True that some ppl have amazing abilities to adapt to food and habits that would be very negative for most ppl. I believe all ppl would benefit from trying to optimize their diet though.
I agree with what we do now the way we live will effect us through out our lives the way we age the way we feel nutrition and fitness are the big factors but this guy still sounds like a freaking scientologist

Ah right. Yeah I suppose it would be amazing, this man does look pretty healthy. Age is determined by also genetic factors as sometimes in rare cases the genetics overpower all enviromental factors. SO its not all about the diet.
