You get acne from jacking off too much
@iMSoHigh420ritenow ITs probably cystic acne, if its a very deep bump that feels hard to touch. DONT touch it at all. Ask your health care provider for oral antibiotics and Differin cream, which is a topical retinoid. Take that for 8 weeks and if there is still no improvement consider going on ACCUTANE.

i got few acne but i think my diet fine….but u cant watch u r diet all the time…its too much to do …

Dr. Hyman, Do you recommend against yogurt and kefer as well? I avoid dairy, but eat yogurt because I’ve been told they contain good bacteria for the gut. Any advice? Thank you.
I have suffered with bad acne most of my life that is until I started using the 14 Day Acne Cure Solution. The 14 Days Acne Solution was the only thing that worked for me. he have a point, because many of us when pimples starts to pop out one by one, we immediately rush to the drug store or grocery stores and find a pimple fighting substance, not realizing that you got that pimple maybe from Staying up late, bad eating habits, etc. And Im one of the people who tried acne medications but still have acne, Now I would like to try what he said, start from inside to the outside . well nothing will be lost if we try

@TheGeordi like i mentioned before it doesnt pop its like A soft kinda big round spot & it doesnt hurt when i squeeze & its so soft that i cant get A good grip on it when i try to pop it…. probly the only thing i could do is poke A hole in it… then squeeze but i dont think that would be to good health wise.. picture A girls fake boob job but only extra small you cant pop it unless you poke A hole in it because the water jelly thing just moves around your hands
@iMSoHigh420ritenow dude pop it, i get those like 2 or 3 times a year. it’s gonna hurt like a FUCKING BITCH but i had one on my cheek bone and people kept saying the same thing, and i popped it and the whole bump wasw filled with zit stuff pop it asap!

i have A pimple on the upper side of my face.. will probly not A pimple but like A kinda big bump. looks like i got punched by A baby.. its not that bad but the damn thing just wont go away iv had it for like 2 months & im getting pissed off because people keep asking me.. hey what happened there? or hey whats that on your face? im NOT poking at it or anything will iv tryed but it only makes it worse usually these things go away by them selves but not this 1 can some1 please help??
