This is how some Estheticians perform extractions during a Facial. I Do Not recommend anyone who is untrained to try this. I am just showing a demo of how it is done by a licensed professional.

    @ safoorah.If you get them extracted properly then they will not leave a scar. Milia are not in an open pore so the only way for them to come out is through an incision made.Holes in your skin may have been caused an Enlarged pore that was extracted.then could not snap back to its regular shape.because the Elastin in the skin became over stretched…go get a skin consult from an Experienced Esthetician. Maybe the last girl wasn’t on point!.she may have been inexperienced….hope this helps :-)

    i have milia on my face about 5 on my right cheek but i dont want to get an extraction because im scared of getting scarred as a couple of years ago when i had an extraction done from the salon its left really tiny like holes in my skin that look like dents but what would you reccommend.
