I think masterbation causes acne
does sleeping late also causes acne?I sleep around 1-3 am and wakes up around 10-11:30 am.I always? got around 7-9 hours of sleep.

The causes are innumerable, that dairy thing would constitute for about 75% of it. Who knows, maybe from not having any sort of dairy intake you aren’t receiving any acidophilus (good bacteria derived from sources such as yogurt) to combat yeast growth, such as Candida.
Oh and uh.. I watched your video. I didn’t see any acne.
Let me put this differently… moderate to severe cases of acne are predominately westernized. Everyone gets one or two pimples.
Wy is acne a predominately westernized? Did you know that all meats and dairy (aside from pork and poultry that is passed by USDA regulations) contains outrageous amounts of added growth hormones? It
t doesn’t matter if the milk jug says “no added growth hormones,” that simply means there are no added growth hormones which are BEYOND regulation. Regulation REQUIRES you to use growth hormones.
Did you know in Europe, and most every other country, hormones are illegal? Except the USA..
