Use a cheese grater and just carve them off, people do that fro milia on their forhead
thank you for such a thorough explanation, i was lost
Thanks for the video.
@SourCandy24x You do have to be VERY carefull with the eye area.
So chemical peel will probably be a big NO NO.
All I can recomend is visiting a dermatologist and see what they say as it is a tricky one to advise on
Thanks for the informative vid!
Hello! I have milia under my eyes but they are not “ready” to be extracted, and I have actually had them for about two years. It’s not so noticeable but it is to me and it bothers me. They are just little bumps of the skin and I don’t see any center point or anything. My question is: Would chemical peels get rid of these? or Getting them zapped by a dermatologist? Also, wouldn’t using the products shown be too harsh on the area under the eyes, being that it is the most sensitive area? Thank you
What did your dermatologist use to treat it?
i love your sweater. Aside from the good advice for the milia, could you tell me where I could get such a sweater?
Hello there,
My skin is very sensitive and tends to be milia prone. I have gottnen rid of the few milia bumps i had with the help of my dermatologist, but I do not want them to reappear, which leads me to my question. I am looking to purchase a good foundation but am really skeptical of what I put on my face. I am looking for one that is noncomedeogenic. Any advive? Your help is greatly appreciated!
p.s. I have tried mineral makeup but it makes my skin itchy
Also the google linda meredith her spa in london had crystal clear oxygen facials they helped my mum also!
try Gommage 305 by Yonka it workd on my mums malia
Great to use all night long as an anti-redness soothing-hydrating mask.–
The gel contains no abrasive grains. It is so gentle
it can even be used on the eyelids.
4 in 1: exfoliates, hydrates, tones and brightens,
works to eliminate flaws and dull, lifeless cells,
helps improve uneven tone and blotchiness,
reveals drop-dead gorgeous skin that feels
smooth and supple.
Hi
I would strongly suggest you visit your GP or Doctor about this.
It may not be milia, it could be something like: keratosis pilaris. This is similar looking to milia but usually found on the body rather than the face. But that is only advice and not a diagnosis.
I am sure that there will be a way of treating what ever condition you have.
Good luck and message back with what you find out.
I have an extreme case of milia all over my back and chest. I’ve never seen a picture that even comes close to how my back and chest looks, what should i do? Can it be extracted because they are clustered everywhere. I’ve never had them under my eyes or anywhere else.
: ) Thank you for the explanation and solutions!
i had and have milia around my eyes. my beauty chika explained that to me this week, what it was. so cool that you can provide this answer for us. anyways i pinched one off and i’ll just have the other one removed and my facial on wednesday. there annoying and ugly. but yeah too much product. hopefully dermalogica will improve that. great vid:)
Oh right, I didnt know that. Yes I know you do have to be cautious with niacin, ive known someone that had some that was a bit strong once – tomatoe face is all I can say
Glad you enjoyed the vid. Please proceed with caution if they are around the eyes. The advice I gave was for around the facial area, but you will need to be more gentler around the eye.

Maybe try and see if you can get an appointment with a skin therapist and see what they say about your specific needs.
And do write back and let us know how you get along
Oral niacin can be useful for millia, but at a dose well about the RDA.
Thank you very much for doing this video. It was very informative. I will definitely try some of the items you recommended. I have them around my eyes and they are so irritating! lol. Happy Thanksgiving
