Hi, this is two months before i start my Accutane prescription. I have had acne since i was basically 11 and im 16 now. When i said i have acne everywhere i meant on my face ha. if you have any questions just leave a comment and i will try to answer you. i know it doesnt really look like i have acne in the video but i really do ha. i will try to put some pictures for before and after purposes. I will try to update after my next doctor appt. on February 25!

hey girl i have a very similar situation. i started getting acne at 11 as well and i am also 16. im towards the end of my fifth month and i have one more left! if you have any questions let me know! It is scary but believe me its worth it.

i know its such a pain im on week three of my birth control and you have to be on it for a month before and still a month after and we have to take these pregnancy test like every month can’t wait! hah jk.. i hate being on the bc it has some pretty nasty side effects to begin with and with that on top of the accutane this should be a blast! ughh but i hope its worth it in the end!

hey girl, you should start your prescription after your blood test next month =)! you will have to take a quiz on the ipledge website before it can be filled! make sure when you do start you but on a lot of aquaphor and drink lots of water, the dry lips and skin came a lot faster then i thought! yea i know i seriously cant remember what it feels like i really hope it works well if im going to go through all of this.. i hope that i dont get to down i have such a crazy schedule with training and school and then all the crap that goes on in highschool im really drained all the time i hope i dont get even more tired i dont even think this is possible! but i hope we will both just be so happy that we have clear skin at the end of this!!
@ThePcGolfer yea im 16 right now and i cant even remember when i had nice clear skin so im really exited! but im kinda feeling a little down and tired but not much so im on high alert now
yea my derm said 5 months is his normal routine for people so i guess thats what im going to do as well
im going on for 4 or 5 months my derm said hopefully it doesent come back because of hormones,, how long do you have to go on for
thanks for the advice. yea thats the part that my mom wasnt to happy about. she said she was going to talk to me everyday to make sure im doing okay. how many months is your doctor keeping you on accutane?
im on accutane now i started off at 70mg i wish i could have started lower but im a week in and just starting the effects …its not fun very dry muscle pain dry face dry lips just keep on top of it make sure someone is monitoring you with your emotions it can really mess with your moods

just so you know, you really can’t tell that you have acne…((:
