I considered purchasing that book from Borders after seeing Karen talking about her book on tv.

I know several people who have been on Roaccutane, due to acne. For some, the acne cleared completely after ceased using Roaccutane and for some, the acne slowly creeped back again. I’ve heard magical things about this, though I’ve read there’s side effects that can occur.

This is a great idea that you’re starting this skin diet video!

Honestly the book is amazing it not only covers acne but also dandruff, excema * forgive me If I spelt that incorrectly*, roscea, anti aging, cellulite * I don’t think I spelt that right either haha* etc.

Fortunately for me Roactune didn’t leave me with two many side effects only really dry skin and cracked lips.

I hate taking medication too. I also avoid panadol…I have had to take it 3 times this year because of migranes … but before that I hadn’t taken it for years! Natural all the way. Good work on stickting to the healthy skn diet, Did it give you more energy being on the diet?x
