@atrendyhooligan uhm possibly but i can’t say for sure. i just know that Vaseline works.

hey girl, cool tip. My makeup remover is oll based and has aloe and vitamin e in it and it never washes completely off my eyelashes. Do you think that it’s doing the same thing as the vaseline?
