| Light therapy is an established practice in the medical, dental & sports medicine field in healing people non-invasively. Light therapy is safe for people of all ages from newborns with jaundice, diabetics, to treat depression and increase the recovery time of injuries.
It has been know that the sunlight (UV) can improve acne but unfortunately can also be damaging to the skin. This 38 LED Blue Light Therapy Bulb has no UV rays. The blue light has a peak wavelength 415nm out of UV range. The blue light targets to kill propionibacterium acnes or the bacteria associated with acne. The FDA approved blue light therapy for acne in August 2002. The first approved system of treatment, ClearLight, is available through dermatologists but is costly. Also research has been proven by the British of Dermatology (July 2000) that light therapy does improve acne in to mild to moderate cases.
The benefits are: Easy & pain free only 15 minute sessions daily: Safe and generates no harsh heat or harmful UV rays: Comfortable home use with your own lamp (gooseneck clamp lamps works the best, available at Home Depot and Target): Save money verses expensive dermatologists & salon therapists visits: Free eye protection & 30 day money-back guarantee.
Note: After several sessions using 38 LED Blue Light Therapy Bulb your acne might get worst and experience more acne. The blue light is pulling the bacteria from under the skin and releasing it. Continuing using and within weeks considerable improvement will be visible. Using this bulb will also make the skin less oily. Do not use any other creams or ointments with 38 LED Blue Light Therapy Bulb. |

| I use this light to help with the pigment and acne marks on my face. Have used it for a few weeks, 10 munites almost every night before I go to sleep, (I use a Ultrasonic wave unit to massage my face first, then use the light about 8 inches away from my face) The result is great so far, the pigment and acne marks are fading, the tone of my entire face becomes more even and lighter. The blue purple lights also calm me down so I sleep better(there are some purple lights within the 38 lights, not all blue). I highly recommend it. |

This bulb cleared all my acne for 100% for 2 weeks, including blackheads and whiteheads. It also makes the skin non-oily. Before using this bulb, I was on tetracycline for 2 years... In fact, this light saved me.
The problem of this bulb is narrow ray. I have to use it in 26" from my face to cover all surface - for 15 min. After that, I treat my chin (my most problem area) in 7" distance within 15 minutes.
It works great for me.
Thanks to HABAdirect!
P.S. There are 14 (!) red lights. The others are blue. |

| Tried it but didnt see a big reduction in my break-out's. It was calming and that was a nice side-effect. |

| I can't tell if its working yet or not. I have been using it for about three weeks and can't tell if I see any results. I opted out of buying a more expensive light hoping this would work. Nothing yet. |
USELESS!!! (ALTERNATIVE SUGGESTION)

I purchased this product (along with the red one) and found it to be utterly useless and a waste of money.
It is VERY DIM which means it does not produce a lot of photons of light.
It produces a SMALL AMOUNT of light in the 415nm range, yet you can just take any ordinary 100-Watt bulb or 100-Watt Equivalent Compact Florescent bulb in any color temperature and that will produce a LOT MORE LIGHT in the 415nm range than this.
I don't know the exact numbers, but a general 100-Watt bulb would probably produce several fold if not 10 fold the amount of photos in the 415nm range that this LED produces.
Time-wise, I recommend 15 minutes per day or 15 minutes every other day when busy, but it is important to have a strong bulb.
The key is to get the most photons within the 415nm range as you can so try a stronger all-around bulb in any color temperature (remember, white light consists of every color in the visible spectrum, so that includes blue/violet). |
